01The challenge

From WordPress
to a working tool

The old site was about 70 pages, mostly town pages, and every page scored under 50 for mobile performance.

Aquatech needed a site that shows their work the way they hand over a job, answers buyers' first questions, and keeps the rankings they had already earned.

02What we built

Eight systems,
one site to specify from

  • 01A page for each of the eight systems

Each one set out in the order an engineer would check it.

  • 02Local pages that rank

The town pages that already ranked were kept and rewritten, with a local page added for each system in each area.

  • 03Instant answers

A budget estimator and a liner calculator, so buyers get a figure before they pick up the phone.

  • 04An online shop

    15 products with secure checkout.

  • 05Projects on a map

Completed work plotted across the UK by place, size and system.

  • 06A quote form on every page

Enquiries and drawings go straight to the team.

The liner calculator worked example. It shows how measuring on the drop instead of the bank face would leave an order about 357 m² short.

Berm 0.5m, anchor trench 0.5m by 0.5m, 10% waste. The live tool lets you set each one, and measures any plan shape from its perimeter.

Measured on the drop instead of the face, this order would be 357m² short.

Worked example: a 20 × 12m basin, 1.5m deep, with 1:3 banks and 10% for waste. Area only, never a price.
