We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This role is vital for both our internal projects and our offshore talent solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have a talent for turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various teams to build and maintain reporting dashboards, analyze performance, and help our clients make smarter decisions.

Develop and maintain internal business dashboards, client-facing reports, and other data visualization tools.
Work with clients and internal teams to understand their business questions and define key performance indicators.
Translate complex data and findings into clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to help stakeholders optimize processes and strategies.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analysis functions.
Collaborate with tech teams on the design and implementation of data collection and management systems.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
